If you wanna spend 2-3 hrs sitting in a waiting room with maybe 2 or 3 people total then this is a fine establishment for you.

This place is always under staffed by medical professionals. One receptionist is always trying to send people to Morton by saying they have no wait over there. Don't fall for her "wisdom" call before driving over there, the 15 minute wait today would of been 2 hours!

Horrible experience, was told that my doctor no longer wanted to have me as a patient over something I said. No clue what I said but the last time I seen my doctor I heard a bunch of nurses laughing about another patient and making fun of them. Since then I have called numerous times to get a refill on my prescription. Every time I called the first care staff was very kind and did what they can to help, but put notes in for the same doctor who said they didnt want me as a patient. That doctor told the staff to have me schedule an appointment to get more refills. When I called today to ask if they can just refill that prescription for me because I need it asap, they told me that now I have to wait a whole month to get in for an appointment with another doctor. Also every time I went in ( which was over six months ago) they told me that I did not have a bill to pay. Yet I have been having debt collections calling me once a month to pay a bill that I was told I didnt have at the office. I am extremely disappointed in the service I have been given by that doctor and their staff.
