John and Rexson Realty were absolutely an incredible hire. John worked his tail off and found me an off-market deal that became my family's dream home. John is a rare combination of hard work, talent, and smarts. I highly recommend Rexson to anybody looking for a realtor.

Would not recommend doing business with Rexson. The agent I worked with was named Mladen who also happened to be the landlord of the property in question. Very unprofessional, unreliable, and disorganized. Was approved and ready to sign a lease and submit the deposit for a property on Margate Terrace. I emailed him with a small (3 item) list of things to fix in the unit and his verbatim response was "I will probably fix them eventually but its not something that is on my priority list" demonstrating a frustrating level of apathy for my needs as a future tenant. Not to mention he decided to leave the country on vacation for 2+ weeks without designating anyone on his team to handle transactions in his absence which made communicating with him more difficult than it needed to be. He also complained of his frustration because of the rental process taking too long when he had not even a.) emailed me a lease agreement to sign b.) gave me a clear straightforward method of submitting the security deposit or c.) told me how and where to submit first month's rent. When I asked him to provide me with this information, I got no response. Horrendous customer service. I would advise you to avoid working with them if at all possible.
