I am late on writing this review, but better late than never. Where to begin We were looking on settling our roots for quite some time way back in 2022. I was introduced thru a mutual friend of ours to Gerard as an exceptional realtor, and let me say he did not disappoint! We went through a lot of showings during 2022 but we could not find that one home that would speak to us, they all seemed to be at that time not ours plus the prices were higher by day. But he went above and beyond to find what we were looking for and he did. During our search he made sure that our needs would be met, always responsive, always on time, and whats more important is that he is very professional and willing to work for you whether you are buying or selling for a good price. Finally in spring of 2023 we found what we needed- great neighborhood, great schools and a place that now after more than 7 months we call it Home. He promised us that it will take one month for us to close and let me say- he made it happen and we closed it in exactly what it was promised! If I had a question or something he was one call away, always responsive, very polite, and knowledgeable. He arranged for us the best deal by negotiating a better price - and I could not be more grateful for that. If you are looking to work with a knowledgeable realtor please dont look any further- and give him a shout- I am sure he will be right back with a call and happy to help!
