        Ordered online. Ordered double meat - no double meat, didnt even look like a standard portion of meat. Ordered light mustard - entire sandwich was swimming in mustard so much that it covered the outside of the sandwich. Other toppings were either super heavy or practically non-existent. Sandwich was remade then given back to me in same used bag from original sandwich. Will not be back ever.

        The sandwiches are good but expensive. I spent almost double what I spend at other sandwich places.

        They have the slowest man I've ever seen. Took him thirty-five minutes to make two people's orders. He wears jewlery on both wrists the gloves don't cover and every sandwich he makes he leans his stomach on (leading to built up old food you can see). Thankfully the young black haired girl came and quickly wrapped things up or I might have turned into dust. Sometimes their system sends your online order into limbo never to be seen, often even if they have it they'll mess it up (and no, they won't give you your money if you spent extra on something you didn't even get). Sometimes, like today, you'll wait FORTY MINUTES for two people ahead of you only to find they can't scan either the coupon you have or your phone, meaning you either pay an arm and a leg or walk out. I go here once or twice a week because of their offers, but I'm getting fed up.
