I have been a Real Estate Broker for a good number of years. If you can't show the listing you can't sell it. I always look for professionals that offer a great value, not just the best price. This starts with always using professional photos. You know when the photos make a difference when the listing gets multiple offers within the first 24 hours on hitting the market.
