Stay away from this place unless you want to be ripped off. I brought in a Lands End Squall Jacket to have the zipper replaced. The woman at the counter measured the length of the zipper and then quoted $25.00 to $35.00 to replace the zipper and wrote up a ticket accordingly. When I went in to pick it up, I found that she had only replaced the pull tab yet charged me $20.00 to replace a $0.10 pull tab. Of course I had to pay the exorbitant price to get my jacket back. The first time that I tried the jacket on, the zipper didn't work. When I took the jacket back and showed her the problem, she wanted an additional $25.00 to actually do the work that I had originally asked for. It's sad that she prefers to rip off her customers rather than to maintain her integrity.
