I dropped off some curtains and drapes to be cleaned and pressed. I received the ticket and when i went to pick them up today the cost was $20 higher. I questioned the price and the man said he didnt count the correct number of items. I told him thats not my problem. He was rude and said when I paid the additional $20 he would give me the Curtains. I told him he could have called me to tell me the price increased. We are new to the area and i will NEVER use this cleaners again. Service: Drapery & window cover cleaning

WORST SERVICE EVER. I had just one item for $5.95 and I didnt have cash on me. The lady wont take my card because theres a $10 minimum!! I work in payment processing it doesnt cost all that, the difference is a matter of pennies. Some put a $5 minimum never $10. Its even illegal to put any minimum in a lot of villages around here. The front desk suggested I swipe for 10 and that be it. Seriously?!?! She just suggested to rip me off. They have no shame. The manager suggested I look for loose change in my car. ZERO customer service and ZERO understandment of how to run a neighborhood business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WHATSOEVER AND WILL PLACE A COMPLAINT WITH THE VILLAGE ABOUT THAT MINIMUM.
