U.S. Bank Branch

U.s bank took my card at ATM at 9 at night n didn't give it back. I went to bank n morning n they told me my card had been shredded up. This bank sucks avoid

Was in the drive thru at 9:30 am . 3 lanes were open but where is the STAFF!?? 15 cars had left they were taking so long . I was in line 45mins with 3 other cars before I got serviced a 5 min transaction 😡😡 horrible!

Awesome service , Vanika Knighten the branch manager is more than great, she helped me to pick and understand the right cridet card for me and made it so easy to understand what’s the right for my business, thank Vanika thank you US Bank , absolutely 5 stars ⭐️

I signed in @9:06 am. It is now 10:30 am and I am still waiting. There was one customer waiting before me, she was called at 9:10 am. There appears to be only one banker here today. She is still assisting the 1st customer. I finally got called at 10:53 am, She sent me to stand in line for the teller to order the checks for me. I was finished at11:03 am. Unsatisfactory Service
