The entire staff is nice and friendly. Aaron Lopez is an OUTSTANDING employee. He went above and beyond to be exceptionally helpful. In two different visits. Sam Velazquez was very nice and helpful on my second visit. Great store keep up the good work!!!

Took my laptop in to get some control over my Outlook inbox. The guy who helped me not only did't help me, he uninstalled and installed my Outlook resulting in a deluge of mail. I now have 87k messages in my Inbox that I have to delete. He also incorporated my Comcast email with my business so now I get even more messages in my inbox. So many of these "experts" have made things harder for me.

Today I came in with a cracked screen and within the hour I left the store with a functioning new laptop. This store and service is amazing. Big thank you to the manager and Aaron who were instrumental to my incredible experience. 10/10 recommend this company to everyone and will forever use Microsoft products!

Jason the manager and Cassie the sales associate are the best workers in the world! Highest praise to the friendliest staff ever. If you ever need Microsoft products please ask for either of these two. Seriously phenomenal employees
