I left state farm insurance for a savings of 90.00 dollars in 2020. The only thing I was trying to do is penny pinch. I was treated horribly by "your in good hands. " The first what have you done came when they requested copies of former coverage after already giving me a quote and policy. I was told if it wasn't given the amount would go up. Deducting from the 90.00 dollars I was trying to save. Then in November a vandalism. I was given the run around.then I found out that they switched my agent unbenounced to me until I attempted to contact them. When I spoke to state farm I felt that the 90.00 dollars was worth every penny. I was given all the information to make a informed decision.the 90.00 dollar savings wasn't savings at all because the vandalism wasn't covered under liability insurance and my Mercedes SUV had to be sold to a junk yard. Mr.fitts stepped up to the challenge of reassuring me that everything I worked so hard for would be secure. He took the time to hear what I felt was important for my individual needs. Mr. Fitts took the time to explain my coverage in detail making suggestions that would provide me with better protection considering my home was built in 1928. I was under no pressure during this time. I felt a reassurance that I was making the right choice. My home is everything to me it's value continues to increase. It's at 265000.00 and I won't put it in the hands of any other agency. Mr fitts earned my respect as well as my business for life. When you come into contact with him and the state farm family it's covered.you will get compassion professionalism one-on-one attention reassurance that everything you work so hard for will be safe I think so much of business should be handled in this matter and unbeknownst to me I even received your car thanking me for my business unbelievable total turnaround when I left State farm it was a mistake that I won't make again especially not for $90 and you know the $90 truthfully was because I didn't add the collision which would have covered the vandalism and they were very sharp and quick to tell me that it's not covered I had to even say I heard you the first time wow feels good to be home thanks State farm hats off to you Mr Fitts.
