Patricia Patsalos: Allstate Insurance

I am in huge disappointment with Patricia Patsalos. I had my coverage increase in my policy without notice and approval. I called and asked about why my policy was changing and Patricia would not give me a direct answer and was rude during the process of me trying to get information as to why the price increased. I asked to speak to corporate and she stated she is the owner of all state. This was unacceptable, if you cant help me at least allow me to contact someone who is to assist me. I than found a new insurance company and notified Patricia I was I going to cancel my policy with Allstate since you are increasing the prices without my knowledge and without notifying me. Patricia states she will not cancel my policy and cannot cancel my policy. So I had to go and call after hours in order to have this canceled which is just ridiculous. I also had an email later in the month of her dropping the price after me stating Im leaving terminating the policy which is ironic. If her reasoning is due to inflation, part prices, and other accidents, then how can you all of a sudden drop the price. I dont play games with people like Patrica who want your money, so here is my review. I highly recommend leaving this company due her horrible customer service as well as her attitude.
