        I had bought some office furniture and was having trouble putting it together because something seemed to be wrong with a drawer. I brought it in to the store and Mike offered to take a look at it for me. He found the problem (a bent piece of metal) and swiftly finished the assembly. He went above and beyond when it wasn’t really his job and I really appreciated that customer service. I guess that’s a benefit when you buy from a store and not online!

        After a disappointing mixup with a different Office Depot, Billy at the store in Normal, IL was amazing. He worked with me on the phone and through email and got my job completed seamlessly and quickly! Once again I found myself in a bind and Jeremy at the Normal store saved the day! When they didn't have exactly what I needed Jeremy was super helpful and we came up with an alternate solution! Problem solved. Thanks!
