Tim at PuroClean clean was a pleasure to deal with when my basement took on water. His team was on site immediately and advised me through the entire process. I felt taken care of and I trusted them to do the job right. The next time my basement floods I will call them again. (But I hope not)

Tim and his crew were a pleasure to work with. He was responsive and took care of our cleanup in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves when finished after their daily follow up. I would highly recommend working with Tim and his company.

Tim and his team have been able to help myself and a number of clients with many issues from burst pipes and mold, to smoke and fire damage. They have always been fast, honest, professional, and done a great job. I would highly recommend PuroClean of Lake in the Hills!

I contacted Tim at PuroClean right away after my basement took water. He did a great job coming out and cleaning it up and making sure any smells or mold were gone. Quick, professional, reliable...I would call him again if I had another issue.
