I recently moved an hour away from this location and received a phone call stating that they had a coat of mine to be picked up. I haven't been to this cleaners in awhile and ASSUMED that they had given me all of my items (I never bring just one) when I picked them up. The woman kept telling me that they were closing for renovations and I told her I would come pick it up before they closed and gave her a specific date. She kept calling me and telling me it needed to be picked up. I went to go pick it up and they were closed on that day. Prior to this, I had asked TWICE to have a manager call me since it was their fault that they didn't give me the item. Now they won't answer or call back. I liked their services when I used them, but this customer service is awful and now I fear that I will not be getting my coat back and am NOT happy. Service: Alterations
