WORSE HOTEL! Go down the street for better options .. WORSE customer service Ive encountered ! Sheets filed with filth ! Hair in shower , crumbs on floor . False advertising the pool it is NOT open . Was told that its open until 10pm theres a huge sign saying its closed for season . Clearly been there for months . Take your money elsewhere !

This was a great stay, newly renovated, Clean, spacious rooms located close to so many local businesses. Gas stations, car wash, food establishments, Starbucks, Costco and other businesses. Rooms was large nice decor. The bed was comfortable, pillows great. In room microwave, mini fridge, iron and board, coffee maker. Washer and dryer on second floor, ice on the first floor. New carpet and paint, friendly staff. There is no business center by the staff was very accommodating when I needed to print documents. The sell laundry detergent, washer 1.75$ dryer 1.25$ they keep plenty of change and the dryer dried even personal heavy towels on one go through. Plenty of parking with side entrances, near the stairs. They have a gym that will meet the needs of even the most enthusiastic gym goer. They have a treadmill, elliptical and a weight station with cable weights. A full mirrored wall and TV, accessible 24/7 with your room key. Nearby activities: Long Grove within a 15 minute drive, cute little village setting, Joanies Pizza is amazing, plenty of shops, bars, chocolate businesses. Just off McHenry Rd. Great for walking, green with beautiful trees. Food & drinks: Plenty of food selection within driving distance, restaurant across the street at another hotel. Pricy but good. Starbucks is within 10 minutes and Dunkin Donuts across the main street at the gas station less than 10 minute walk.
