DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Libertyville - Mundelein

This place is a little old and tired, the breakfast is sub par for a double tree. I have one more night but free or not I can't eat here again. The bed is worn, the place is just worn.. I'll drive further and stay somewhere else next time 5 years later, I gave this place a second chance and it's no better. I checked out early to go to a different hotel. Rooms need refreshing, hot items at breakfast are just barely warm. Pass on this place Rooms: Worn and dirty, pictures speak for themselves

Good, standard hotel - a little old but perfectly adequate for a week long stay. Any issues I had were fixed quickly by messaging on the Hilton Honors app. You can also download a digital key on the app which is nice. Breakfast is $15 a plate. Extra Note: Make sure to ask for cookies from the front desk to get warm chocolate chip cookies when returning to the room

I'm sure glad they "record for quality ASSURANCE" when I called and made a reservation. I was told breakfast is INCLUDED. Man at night was nice but gal in the morning needs a Manager cause she told me one wasn't NOT AVAILABLE right now. It's Monday morning. Decent size pool but no hot tub. I think someone should review how many stars this class really is
