Sunrise Restaurant

Disappointing...i thought this place was going to be good considering the reviews. First, the place didnt seem that clean. The condiments need to be wiped offk especially the syprup, that was really nasty looking. And the pancakes we rubbery and kind of burnt. The sausage had a funny popcorn taste, which was interesting the first bite, disgusting every bite after. Oh...and there was absolutely nothing brown or hashed about the hashed browns. They were soggy unflavorful slices of potato with barely any browning to them.

My wife and I went here, with my mother for brunch and although the people are friendly and nice, it wasn't our favourite diner. Food was decent, as was the price, but there are others in the neighbourhood that I would have preferred to go to. One thing that I would have preferred for them to do was to pullout and/or get rid of all the weeds that are visible through the slotted windows while sitting in one of the booths. The view of the weeds dropped the diner a notch.
