Primus Home Care

I usually do not review businesses, but I feel I have to share my wonderful experience this time. I fell in a situation where I had to arrange home care services for my aunt in Chicago suburb area because my cousin became incapacitated. I called about 10 home cares near my aunt, and they were all very salesy, rude, or unknowledgeable. When I called Primus and talked to John, he was very sincere and proactive. The experience with John was like no other. He was very detailed in building a care note with me and placing a care giver with one day notice, and he still calls me to update how things are going with my aunt every now and then. I instantly felt that my aunt was in a good hand.

I live right by my mother, but I do not have time to take care of her daily living due to my work and family obligations. I hired Primus Home Care about a year ago for round-the-clock care. We always had two caregivers splitting 4 days and 3 days. Excellent caregivers and responsive office staff . If you need home care services, these are definitely people you are looking for.

All my children are away with their family and work, but my health is declining rather quickly. About two years ago, my children hired Primus to check on me twice a week. Even though I did not want anyone in my house in the beginning, caregivers with Primus did change my mind. They are very pleasant to have in my house. Now, caregivers come every day, and I do not think I will be able to make it thru a day without them. I recommend them to anyone who needs them.

A caregiver who worked for my parents for last 3 years just packed and left today without any notice. They need someone onsite 24/7 due to their health conditions, and I was in no position to come take care of them. My nurse friend recommended Primus and said they are the only one that specialize in live-in care near me. I was worried sick that I will not be able to arrange caregiver for my parents due to holidays. I called them this morning at about 8 am, they were able to coordinate the assessment, to take care of all paperwork, and to assign a suitable caregiver before 2 PM today. The best thing was that they sent in a emergency caregiver to take care of my parents while all this is going on. The most personable and efficient home care company I have ever dealt with.
