They were great in helping me out! Someone messed my returns up earlier this year and didn't do their job properly. I finally gave up on chasing them down and called Jackson Hewitt for help. The woman (sorry I'm horrible with names) was wonderful to my son and I . I had a great experience as they where able to get my taxes sent in and kept in contact. They also where very prompt with answering any questions I had!! I would definitely be going back next year to them!! I highly recommend them!
