I've had Dave inspect 2 homes and have recommended him to family. He's not only knowledgeable and experienced, he stresses the importance of educating me and my wife as first time home owners. He is very professional, responds to inquiries quickly and makes the entire process seamless. Everything is done electronically and he leaves you with a resource you can reference if you happen to forget the things he taught you during the home inspection.

My husband and I could not have been more pleased with Dave and his services. He was able to accommodate our immediate need for a home inspection with little notice and was extremely thorough. He spent half the day at our new home and found just about everything there would be to find, and more. He was prompt with getting his report to us; not only was the report also thorough, but structured and designed very nicely for the average eye to analyze. We would recommend their services to anyone and will certainly use them again.

Dave Yost is very thorough in his work. He pays great attention to every detail and this made us feel very satisfied and in good hands. He is also very good at teaching and explaining the causes and remedies to the issues that he finds. He doesn't rush. He patiently goes about his job and answers any question you ask him. Wow...I am so surprised to learn the negative reviews of this company. I looked up Dave's information, because I lost it, and a friend needs a good inspector...after the many years I've known him, and I am completely, absolutely surprised by the negatives reviews. Dave, is the most competent home inspector I have ever hired. I have a long medical history which has demanded a home inspector with all the tools and knowledge to help find a home that will not kill me. Dave is totally throughout!!!! For those who complained about sewer issues....do you realize if you had doubts...you need to hire a separate inspector to scope the pipes? If the drainage upon inspection was satisfactory then in the limited scope any home inspector has...it passes. If any question the inspector raises...it is up to you to remedy with further inspection. Dave goes the EXTRA mile. I am in debt to him. - Sean G.
