I was referred to Higher Standard Home Inspections and had such a pleasant experience. I had requested an inspection for my first home through their website late at night, and promptly received a call from Audrey the next morning. She was so nice and able to get me scheduled within my time frame. Jesse was professional, efficient, and very thorough. Only part of the inspection could be completed due to an error on the sellers part, but Jesse was very accommodating and able to come back to finish the inspection as soon as we had the green light. As a first time home buyer, the process can be daunting but Jesse helped put my mind at ease - he is very knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend Higher Standard Home Inspections!

I highly recommend this Company they are very personable and friendly to work with. And do a thorough job on the inspection to make sure clients have all the information they need. Very happy with their service!!!

Jesse was amazing to work with. My wife and I are buying a for sale by owner and it was really difficult at times during the home inspection since they decided to stay there during this inspection. Jesse was completely respectful to both parties while staying completely professional. I give Jesse 5 stars because it was truly an amazing experience and he made us feel like we made the right choice.
