Rich displayed beyond expected customer service. He is very professional and knows everything there is to know about computers. I was having issued with my gaming computer and he fixed it with ease. He even went out of his way to come pick it up and drop it off which was a huge help since I work literally every day. Will definitely go back for any future issues.

Rich at American Micro Computers is very knowledgeable when it comes to all things PC. Whether it is your home computer or your business set up, he is very trustworthy and fast. He can also advise you on your equipment, programs for things like backing up and protecting your computer from viruses and ways to boost your internet speed. Hands down, Rich is "The Best" IT technical support/installer we could ask for.
