Brad came to my house, computer was a mess, after Comcast service outage. He ran into many of the same issues I'd tried to explain. He dived into the mess and got it straighten out. I was not comfortable taking it somewhere and leaving it.
He sat down and started weeding through the pop-up notices and it runs like a car after an "good" mechanic worked on it. I will definitely recommend him and CALL him again.

JB's Pro PC, sure helped us out. My wife's laptop lost a key function and was unusable in it's current condition. JB's fixed this problem and several other problems we were unaware of. Easy to deal with and a trusted and reasonable source for computer repairs.
