        We were suspicious of fraudulent activity on our bank accounts. We went to the branch on Westmore to address the problem. Emad Alwan , a senior banker there, was very helpful to us in addressing this concern. He guided us through our options, and ultimately got us to a point where we were satisfied that our accounts are secure. Throughout the process, he explained each step, answered any questions we had, and made the overall experience a good one.
