New Era Plumbing did an excellent job diagnosing a recent water issue with an existing whole house water filter by testing the existing water in the home. Arthur explained how the existing water filter was inadequate and recommended a new whole house water softener system to improve the water quality in our home. Arthur also went above and beyond by noticing a small leak in a copper pipe above the water heater (which was unrelated to the service call). On installation day Arthur and crew were on time, completed the installation in a timely manner, and cleaned up all work area's upon departure. I would highly recommend New Era Plumbing as they are professionals who are very knowledgeable and do an amazing job of completing all plumbing repairs.

Very Good service. Quick and easy. Was able to leave him alone in basement and had nothing to worry about. Showed me camera footage of everything. Would highly recommend!

Artur was very professional and a great communicator throughout the process. He gave me honest feedback about my water heater (16 years old), and offered a competitive price to replace it with all the work done. Would absolutely use again! Showed up on time to the minute. Friendly, honest, did exactly what they said that they would. No hidden fees. Great explanations. And they actually cleaned up after themselves 👍🏻👍🏻
