So glad that we found A1 Absolute Plumbing! Finding a good, reliable plumber has always been an issue, and we can certainly attest to that, since we've had some not so good experiences. Allen and his Assistant were the best! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. Once I called in, and we spoke, he came the next day, did the job and we were back on track in no time! He did exactly what he said needed to be done, and charged me exactly what he quoted me originally. We'll definitely be using him again and again, in the future, whenever we need any plumbing jobs done. Thanks so much!!!

Took the day off of work so that A1 could come and replace a hose spigot in the backyard. Appointment was at 4:00. Changed to 4:00 - 4:30, changed to 5:30 - 5:45. No show and no call as of 7:20, I take it not coming. I wish I could send them a bill for the hours I missed at work.

Very expensive and did not seem knowledgeable. Told me that he did not need a permit in Lockport for a project that Lockport requires a permit for and has the permit downloadable from their site. Also declined to come out for a job less than $600. Wanted to add extremely expensive menial work that I can easily do myself in order to bring the total up to $600 to make the job worth it to him.
