So when you schedule an appointment for an oil change and the guy tells you it’s not until another 5,000miles, do you still want it? Yes, please so the he has the nerve to say your wasting my time! First of your not paying for it I am and not my problem ur behind schedule. The customer is always right I’m no longer coming to this Toyota at Libertyville location!!!!

After paying over $1000 for the service. I walk out with a very sour experience. Very disappointed. Getting charged extra, dirty vehicle after service and being treated rudely. Not a SOB story, even the employees agreed
that i was treated rudely. I am sorry to say but i would not recommend this place for any services they provide.

The problems were not fixed, and I could not get a hold of anyone in service after leaving the facility, 5 minutes later. Someone called after 1 hour, had to go back into the dealership for another service appt this am, not happy.
