We’ve had an incident and had to very very bad service from Allstate representatives. The customer service rep yelled at us and did nothing to help us. We just had poor service from them and Tried to call David about the situation, he did not care or do anything about it. If I could switch agents I would. I know I’m not the only client he has nor do I want to be the center of the universe. But if I pay for a service I expect to get what I pay for. But when it comes to payment of course they don’t hesitate to take that right on the date and on time or else 🙄

I have been with Allstate Auto since I was 16, and I'm 62. I love Allstate. Love the security of dependability, and knowing you have my back in case of accident or injury. My agent is Dave Kalesz. Dave and his staff are the best in the business. Their knowledge and professionalism are exactly what I look for in terms of customer service. Thank you, Patty Meyers
