        I returned to Country Insurance and Mark as my agent because i feel comfortable discussing my insurance needs with him. I previously left because i thought the rates went up unnecessarily but never received any personalized treatment from the "Other" company.

        I'm having serious problems getting claims approved and right now I've got a car and a house that need repairs. Country seems like they're only interested in taking your money not approving claims. I will be firing this company very soon.
