      image After spending hours and hours on the customer service line with TMobile, and getting no resolution, we stopped in at the TMobile store at the Louis Joliet mall. Shaun Allen, took the time to listen and help resolve the issue we were having with customer service over the phone. He came up with a resolution within a few minutes of being in the store. Because of Shauns excellent customer service, I will continue to do business with his store. Thank you again Shaun!

      image The worst of the worst,, Im stock in a $257 bill for services never use,, got my 4 lines port over and then they didnt have the phones they promised, went back to my old provider next day but i have to pay them $257 for services never use
