This is to ensure that you as a customer are protected and that we as a business follow government compliance.
We never deny our client the opportunity to send money transfers. We always try to help you as much as possible, but if the customer does not cooperate with the details, we will not be able to continue with the transaction, which is what happened in this case when he did not provide all the information.
