The Residences at Hamilton Lakes

I lived here for a little over a year and I had a very good experience. The management was pretty relaxed and maintenance was attentive. Not great sound proofing, but not terrible either. Spacious apartment for a decent price.

Very overpriced, nice staff but I was very upset when our maintenance person came in our apartment without permission once. Very nice and clean amenities… but not worth the price tag (unfortunately).

We’ve lived here for a year and a half now and love it. Amenities are great, staff quickly responds to all requests. Recommend 100%

I have had such a positive experience here! From touring and signing a lease, to move in, to meeting others that live here and have renewed their lease, to enjoying the clubhouse amenities. I also love that the management is here on sight and very friendly. Andrew definitely made my choice to live here easy and I highly recommend renting here. As for in apartment there is noise from one level to the level below but it seems minimal to me only hearing footsteps and any hallway noise is buffered by putting a guard on the bottom of the door.

There's a reason half the apartments here are empty - people move out after a short period of terrible service and sub-par accommodations, or they are smart enough to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other apartments in the immediate area around Schaumburg that are far better than this dump. There's also a ton of police always in the parking just hanging out due to all the drug dealers who operate out of here. Don't live here, you will regret it.
