Two Itasca Place Apartments

I rented my apartment sight unseen, I used online 3D tours, Floor plans and many questions to DaVona. She was responsive and helpful in making my decision to rent. The amenities that attracted me to 2 Itasca Place were its location, attached heated parking garage and 9 foot ceilings. I was pleasantly surprised when seeing my unit. First the garage is clean and there is a small space in front of your space for a cart (for groceries, ect ). The 24 hour exercise room is full of nice equipment. my apartment is so open, the high ceilings and the deep window sills, with nice moldings, the bathrooms are very nice. I have met a few people in the halls, garage, ect., its very quiet pretty much. I am super happy. and I can't forget Robert our Maintenance man, whom is super nice, letting me use a cart to move small stuff in, which was a huge help! and responsive to help with small requests, and going above and beyond helping me. I am happy here.

I absolutely love this place! Best apartment I’ve lived in by far! Units are beautiful, staff is super friendly and the building is so clean and quiet. Would highly recommend 100%!

My husband and I have lived here for over six years. The exceptional quality, value, service and management does not compare to any other apartment property. Every year when our lease comes due, we look at other properties in a 20 mile radius. Believe me when I say nothing compares to living at Two Itasca Place! Internal soundproofing is excellent. Quiet environment. Courteous residents and staff. Carefully sustained public areas. Prompt, expert, thoughtful, and friendly maintenance with attentive follow-up. Exceptional expressway access.
