Our firm has contracted with NCOIT, Inc. since the summer of 2014, and we couldn't be happier. They guided us, initially, through a full office move and full technical upgrade. They helped us to make telecom, hardware, software, and subscription-based service decisions that have served us incredibly well. They work well with third-party technicians (software support or Comcast, for example,) are generally available post-haste as needed, and have never given us the cartoon-like, exasperated IT-Guy response to even the smallest questions. They are patient with low-tech employees, their business relationships allow hardware acquisition to be nearly effortless, and they're always current insofar as new tech and cost are concerned. Most of all, they have great hiring intuition, so the staff is approachable, creative, and versatile. They've expanded offerings at an exponential rate since we've known the company. They now take care of all of our storage/backup, our networking, they designed our website and maintain it, and they drop by to check in (sometimes with cookies!) I couldn't be more pleased that our tech support is provided by NCOIT, and I'd recommend them without hesitation.
