I am a lawyer and it's absolutely essential that my computers, printers, cell phone, and other devices be backed up, secure, and confidential.
Joe and the LME team are masters at setting up systems, monitoring them, and keeping them online and dependable. The staff is responsive, communicate well, explain things succinctly, and are professional.
I have been a client of LME for two years and am delighted with the service. I had a laptop hard drive fail and was scared about losing all my files but they had me up and running on a new laptop in a couple of hours with al my client files, financial records, emails, form documents, calendars, and every single document was found on the backup system. It was all loaded on my new laptop and I was back in business without skipping a beat.
They charge fair and reasonable prices for quality services. If it has blinking lights and runs on electricity they are the company to keep it safe and running properly.
