Very disappointed! I ordered a 1,000 foot spool of 2 gauge wire. We measured before installing and it was only 920 ft. I had no choice but to install because we have a deadline and could not wait on a new shipment. Ditches were dug, panels were installed. We had to move the panels to less than ideal locations. When I called customer service they put me on hold several times and then said, "there is nothing we can do". I can understand 10 to 15ft. off but 80ft. is unacceptable and then to not to offer anything. We are a small non-profit, this hurt bad. Look at my image, they are claiming good google ratings?!?

I'm not an electrician and have very little experience with electrical work. I called and Angie helped me locate the exact cable my electrician instructed me to purchase. When I completed my purchase the following day, Seth gladly checked my order and assisted me with that process, as Angie at that time was in a meeting. What a GREAT crew they have at Wire and Cable Your Way! Plus, I saved approximately 20% of what it would've cost me anywhere else that I was able to locate it, including shipping...

I was told that my package probably wouldn't be able to ship today however 2 hours later it was on it's way. Definitely impressed.

Ordered 12 feet of 3-3-3-5 and got 8 feet. I paid for rush shipping and came in a week. Just go somewhere else.
Update 1, they said they would mail me new length, updated to 4 stars for now
