Sears has the worst customer service!!!!! Their automated phone system is not designed to find a resolution for a customer. I called the local store telephone number, it routes me to a customer service representative who then tells me to call my local Sears store. I proceed to explain that I originally called the store and she can't understand and continues to simply ignore what I'm saying. She then places me on hold without telling me why and my call gets transferred to someone else where I start everything all over again. This person seems to want to help until she places me on hold and the next thing I hear is a recording saying that the store is now closed and proceeds to hang up on me. A half hour wasted just to get frustrated and hung up on. No wonder they're failing. Everyone in their leadership team should be fired for failing to serve the American people through what used to be a great Customer Service company.

Rating based on phone system inefficiency. Don't try to call here and actually talk to someone. Phone system had no live person attached. Can't reach customer service in store, system doesn't recognize that response. Merchandise pick up routes you to some employee line for late starts. Apparel goes to voice mail. It's no wonder they're going out of business.
