        What a joke. Everything is beyond scratched and dented. It's more like banged and dropped. The office is in the middle of the "showroom." (These are air quotes without the air.) One worker was conducting a business call with a dissatisfied customer, and she had on speaker. Neither party was rude, but I didn't understand why she had her on speaker, even as she gave out her account and/or order number. There was too much of a grease-shop feel for me.
