They exceeded all expectations, and our expectations were high based on a referral of them to us. We had an egress window installed and tuck pointing done. They were very meticulous, did a fabulous job, and were professional throughout. They not only cleaned up afterwards, but made the place look better than when they arrived. And they were great with our young kids, who still talk about Max and Jim as "great workers." They were a pleasure to work with, and what a gift to have honest, meticulous professionals with whom you can trust with such important work on a home. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had our farm house, stone foundation falling apart and the work was absolutely great. Tuck pointing, crumbling stone replacement, and tapering dirt runoff from the house. Conscientious and hard working. Very well pleased.

We had a leaky basement because of the clay backfill and it was old, which caused flooding any time we had a big winter thaw or heavy rain. Jim was recommended to us by our plumber brother in law and we were very happy with the whole process. We needed inside drain tiles and bracing and now that the snow is thawing there is absolutely no water coming in at all. So since we had such a good experience, I recommended the Bayers to my Dad, whose 50 foot basement wall was cracked and curved inward. Dad was very impressed by how hard the crew worked and the outstanding result. Everything was cleaned up and the wall was straightened up. The outside grading was well done. Dad’s very happy! It’s very satisfying to be able to hire a local business that is so superior. I have recommended them to others with confidence. Thank you Bayer and Bayer!
