The Northshore garage doors crew are very professional and responsive. They had competitive pricing and we’re in contact every step of the job until finish. They also did a very good job replacing our garage door and cleaning up the jobsite afterwards and hauling away all the old debris.

NSGD needs to improve their online order form (torsion springs). There are two options on this form that do not inform about changing spring size (i.e. "extra wound" and "add 25K more cycles"). To the average DIY tech, this sounds more like improved performance rather than changing spring size. I'm now having to eat cost of oversized springs. 3 stars

Fast and courteous service at a reasonable price. Called them late Friday when the garage door opener suddenly stopped working and job was done by mid-afternoon on Saturday. Our opener was pretty much shot and we needed a whole new one. Freddy did the job in about an hour. He was professional, informative, and friendly. Couldn't ask for better service.
