        Went in for an upgrade and they refused to upgrade a line because we refused to add a line to our account. We just wanted to upgrade a line not change our entire plan. It was a complete sales gimmick to add another line to our account to help their commissions out. Associates were Sarah and Drew. Stay far AWAY.
