        Yet another person left without a room due to overbooking. They didn't even bother to help us find another accommodation and actually tried to make US feel sympathy for THEIR situation of having to turn people away? Excuse me? Just kind of shrugged and said "we are full, there's no rooms". I'd made the reservation weeks in advance, and called the day of to make sure we still had a room because the online check in wasn't working. We were assured there would be a room when we got there, and that we didn't need to worry. Showed up, and apparently that was a lie.

        Room #319 - if you are unlucky to get this room, refuse it. Bathtub doesn't drain and has black spots, toilet is semi clogged, the shower head has mold on it. It smells like moisture inside and it has stink bugs inside the room. The bathroom vanity looks like it has water rot. The hair dryer has a layer of caked dirt on it like it hasn't been wiped down in years. Very poor hotel.
