        During breakfast both morning it was basically empty, very few bagels, waffle batter was empty, no milk, and the "hot items" suck as eggs, potato's, sausage, etc where just barely warm. The lady that was taking care of breakfast seemed like she did not want to work there, just mumbled and walked around. During check out I was helped by the same lady. I informed her that i tried checking out on the app, but it would not work. She just asked for the room number and if i needed a receipt which i said no thank you. No smile from her, no thanks for staying with us, nothing. On the flip side of things, the lady that checked us in was the complete opposite, she was very friendly, had a very big smile, made sure we had everything we needed and that was just walking in. We checked in on the app just fine, also let us know if we needed anything to come speak to her. Even when we were leaving for dinner she was outside and made sure we did not need any help, as she was on break and the only one working.
