Just be aggressive if you dont have an appointment I guess, I had one and they served someone in the walk in line because he was upset about having to wait. Ive come here three times and not once been helped within 20 minutes of my appointment time. The appointments are listed as 20 minutes but youll want to budget several hours in since its more of a dice roll when you actually get helped

The girl with glasses was really dismissive when I asked about water damage on my Mac. I asked her if she had any suggestions for me, but she said there was nothing she could do for me. If I had listened to her and done nothing, my computer would have permanent water damage. Luckily, I managed to figure out how to dry it through some research.

They fixed my problem in 5 minutes, I guess my Baby Boomer status is alive and well. But I tried to be more of a Gen xer with my two screens.
