I went to this shop after my son broke his Nintendo switch. The woman working at the time brought it out in 5 minutes, fully repaired, and did not charge me. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been here before to repair iPhones and iPads and they have always been quick and reasonably priced.

Set up a scheduled time to bring in my Samsung for glass repair. Received confirmation number. All set. Went there happy to know my phone would soon be back to new again except, whoopsie...the owner decided to leave early for the day. Taped up a sign on the door 'Closed for the day. Open tomorrow at 10:00 am.' So much for confirmation numbers. I'm jealous I don't run a business where I can close up shop and leave customers blissfully unaware of my horrible communication skills.

I asked for a simple estimate on a broken screen on a tablet. They did not want to give me one. I explained I needed one for a reimbursment claim and they still didn't wanna give me one. They suggested I just go to another place, they werent gonna give a estimate on something they were not going to fix.

They showed me how to open my tablet with my thumbnail allowing me to gently squeeze the power port to regain proper charging. Thanks guys!
