Do not pay him in full until all work is complete. I made the mistake of paying for all services upfront, (and I tipped him). Its been 4 months and my old water heater is still here and tub faucet not repaired. My mistake trusting his word.

Thank you Dave for coming on short notice and taking a look at my AC unit that had a sudden leak. Greatly appreciate the quick response. Dave also took time to work on a few other things I needed in the house (checked the hot water heater, showed me how to flush it, etc) Honest down to earth person took care of a problem for me. Best service in Elgin. Had several faucet repair 3 of them needed new cartridges and one faucet had to be replaced. New Kitchen Faucet , New Shower spout. Toilet leak fixed . Great prices. All this work done in one day. So grateful for an honest Plumber .

Called to get a quote on a backup sump pump installed.  The quote was so reasonable that I also requested the main pump get replaced.  David did a great job installing things, gave me a lot of good info and advice, and some good stories.  I won't hesitate to use them again.
