Had Joseph over to disconnect and remove a water softener. Took time to explain what he was going to do and kept everything clean during the process. Would highly recommend.

Joseph came out... after a few days... for an issue that was not allowing us to use the downstairs bathroom or washer and dryer. He was out of town at the time so we had to wait since we had heard he was highly recommended. Cleared it up in the end, but he kept saying he didn't have the proper equipment if he needed a longer rodding machine, etc. I did call them back to ask about replacing a toilet in another bathroom due to a clog/the toilet was cracking anyway. Phone just kept ringing and ringing and ringing. Got a text saying - hey we will call you back, they did not. Texted back, no response. Called again later and left a voicemail. Received a text response 24 hours later saying he isn't available for 2 weeks! Obviously I can't wait 2 weeks. Disappointed, thought we had a reliable plumber. Nope.
