We went through the drive through and I ordered the half pound beef & cheddar meal, and my family ordered the regular beef & cheddar meal, and the buffalo chicken sandwich meal. First of all my half pound beef & cheddar had very little cheddar.
And we were asked by the drive through attendant to pull forward while they were preparing our meals.
Ok, I'm fine with that. But I don't know why they ask us if we want any sauce because even though we say, yes, we want Arby's sauce.
They always either forget or just don't feel like bothering to give us the Arby's sauce we ask for.
And this wasn't the first time this has happened.
So since I didn't get to eat my meal with the Arby's sauce nor the cheddar which is supposed to be on my sandwich I'm giving them 2 stars for food quality and one star for poor customer service
