This was not our first time working with Sandie. She sold a home for us several years ago that a previous realtor was unable to sell. Sandie came in, gave us suggestions, and our house sold quickly! She assisted my mother with the sale and purchase of a home, as well as selling my grandmother's home. When it was time to make the difficult decision recently to sell our beloved farm and move to town for our children's school, I knew Sandie would be the one and only realtor I would trust. Sandie is not only extremely knowledgeable in her field but also very efficient and fast working. Sandie made the process of purchasing our new home in town and selling our farm as painless as possible. She really gets to know (and remembers) her clients likes, dislikes, personalities, etc. I would never want to purchase or sell a home without Sandie LaMantia! We Love her!
