        This branch has closed and the ATM has been removed. The closest BOA is 25 minutes away in Collinsville. Been with BoA 25 years. But I understand these BIG banks can't compete with the smaller more personable banks with actual customer service. Looks like I'll have to switch banks and close my 3 accounts. Maybe this is for the best.

        The financial center as well as the ATM have been removed from the Bank of America website. The signage and branding on the building was removed yesterday. This place is closed.

        Avoid this bank. The branch has closed and only the ATM remains which never works. The near branch is 20 minutes away in Collinsville or 30 minutes in O'Fallon.

        If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst bank: The worst customer service, absolutely worst institution. The ATMs are never operable, the bank is closed, and the customer service is poor, rude, and not receptive to any feedback.
